John Victor, CEO
Jon joined Engage121 as CEO in 2001. In 1980, Jon founded Security Capital Management, a fixed income investment fund that arbitraged government securities, and in 1992, Greenwich Ventures, LLC, a private equity firm. As an investor and CEO of Engage121, Jon possesses over 25 years of experience with enterprise software. Jon earned his B.A. from Washington University and his M.B.A. and J.D. from George Washington University.

Kurt Strumpf, Chief Technology Officer
Kurt has been with Engage121 since 1999, primarily in the Chief Technology Officer role. Kurt has over 25 years experience in developing leading edge communication software from eMail and Call Center software, fund transfer systems, and most recently social media applications. Prior to Engage121, he was a VP in Financial Services at Citigroup, managing the development of a global fund transfers system. Kurt earned a BS in Software/Hardware Engineering and an MBA in MIS Management, both from the University of Connecticut.

BRIAN Q. SMITH, EVP, CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Since Brian joined Engage121 in 2000, he has been involved in nearly every aspect of the company’s growth and emergence as a market leader – as a lead sales executive opening up new verticals and introducing new products to the marketplace, as head of sales and marketing, and as general manager of the company’s market-leading Grassroots PR division. Today, he plays an ongoing role in the development of the Engage121 social media management application and focuses on helping clients maximize their marketing results through Engage121. Brian holds a BA in English from Saint Michael’s College and a MS in marketing from Western CT State University.

Jack Serpa, EVP Sales & Business Development
Jack joined Engage121 in 2010 after a long track record of creating revenue in communications, software and research. Early in his career, he created EntertainmentWire, a service of BusinessWire. He launched NorthStar interactive, a provider of online focus groups, which he sold to Arbitron before joining Mediamark Research Inc. to run their online research team. He helped increase revenue at Cision through organic growth and post acquisition of integration of companies including MediaMap, Multivision and Delahaye. Jack earned his bachelor’s degree with a double major in Political Science and English from the University of Rhode Island.

MARK D'ANDREA, SVP MARKETING
Mark joined Engage121 in 2011, bringing with him more than a decade of marketing and brand management experience at both privately held and public companies. With a background that includes such diverse industries as wine and spirits, real estate franchising, entertainment and sports, Mark has helped build marketing, retail product licensing and sponsorship programs for NASCAR; the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and others; Dave & Buster’s, Six Flags, EA Sports and Jillian’s; and Realogy, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. Mark earned his BFA from Ringling College.

Jennifer Tayntor, Controller
Jennifer joined Engage121 in 2006 having spent her career in the accounting field. In 1996, Jennifer joined KPMG, LLP, a public accounting firm, where she supervised a variety of audits for industrial, consumer, commercial and service companies, and in 2000, Reveo, Inc. a research and development company where she was the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Secretary. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jennifer earned her B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University and her CPA license from the state of New York.

Evelyn Timson, U.K. Sales
Evelyn’s background is in business to business media where she has many years of practical senior level experience. She has founded, run and subsequently sold her own media business and has been on the executive management boards of a number of large media companies. As a sales and marketing specialist Evelyn has worked with directly, or in partnership with, many of the leading global media organizations including the Associated Press, Dow Jones, Daily Mail Group & United Business Media. Evelyn studied at St. Andrews and City University for her marketing (CIM) diploma.
