MAACO Selects Engage121 for Enterprise and Local Social CRM Activities
America's Bodyshop® extends their "Customer Care" focus to social media for immediate response and interactive engagement with consumers
Norwalk, CT – Engage121, Inc., a software firm specializing in customer relationship management through social media, has added MAACO to its list of major franchise organizations using the Engage121 Enterprise edition to manage their social media initiatives.

MAACO will create customized "FANlets," (Facebook applets created through the Engage121 application) to conduct polls, encourage fan engagement and reward loyal fans with special offers.
Evaluation tools inside Engage121 will measure the results of MAACO's social media efforts and report metrics like sentiment, buzz, share of voice, and unique platform activity over time.
